BLVKBOOK proudly presents “The Lost Warhols”, a bold and immersive exhibition that fuses the raw edge of street art with the iconic lens of fashion and celebrity photographer Karen Bystedt. Known for her rare and intimate portraits of Andy Warhol in the 1980s, Bystedt’s images have become a canvas for reinvention drawing some of the most dynamic voices in contemporary street art into collaborative dialogue with one of pop art’s greatest icons.

This ongoing series brings together Bystedt’s legendary Warhol photographs with the disruptive vision of urban artists from around the world. Through painting, graffiti, collage, and mixed media, the artists transform Warhol’s image layering their own styles, stories, and cultural commentaries while preserving the integrity of Bystedt’s original work.
