Rabbhead (B. 1979) is a contemporary artist living and working in Los Angeles, CA. Known for his kinesthetic cartoon illustrations, street art, and neo-expressionism painting style, the artist creates crude and often common criticism of iconic characters and the simple life that surrounds him. Working with acrylics and mixed media mostly on canvas, Rabbhead explores the infinite color combinations through contrast and blending. In his own words: “Every color speaks to me on multiple levels and different stages of my life; and this dialogue is present in the synthesis of reality fragments, the past, present, future, and the emotions”. He studied Graphic Design at Iberoamericana University, he received his Visual Arts MBA in 2006. Rabbhead was nominated for the International Clio Award of Contemporary Art in New York City in 2022. Exhibiting his work all around the world, his work has been shown at The Other Art Fair Los Angeles for three consecutive years, and at the MvVo Ad Art Show World Trade Center in NYC. When not making contemporary art, he works as a Brand Designer in the Health Care field in Los Angeles.
