The Concept
Doughbrik’s is the brainchild of creator-turned-entrepreneur David Dobrik and his team, who set out to develop a pizza that feels nostalgic while still delivering a fresh experience. The result is two signature crusts:
• Doughy crust – fluffy, airy, indulgent, inspired by Midwestern comfort
• Tavern-style crust – crispy, square-cut, perfect for sharing with friends
